What was the lead singer of the group called the Supremes? What was her first name and last name. I know it’s pretty sad that I do not know this answer but I’m pretty young still and I’m doing a paper and project in my high school on these girls and just want to know some of their names.

The most popular of all of the Supremes girls is Diana Ross. She was so popular that at one time they renamed the group Diana Ross and the Supremes. It’s kind of sad that she was that much more popular than the other girls but I guess that’s what happens when you’re the main singer of any band is that they get that all the credit for all of the band usually.

Yes her name is Diana Ross and she was the most popular of any of the supreme girls. I don’t find it was that fair and all of the talent went to her but instead I think it should’ve been distributed better throughout the entire band. Because of Diana Ross was that good she should’ve just went out on her own and got all those number one hits by yourself.

I’m pretty sure that Diana Ross left the group to go do really good things on her own afterwords. So when you go say that she should just leave I think she did and she did Great things on her own.
